Shipping & Return Policy

In an effort to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we would like to take a moment to explain our shipping and return policy. If you experience any problems with the shipping of your items, or if you need help returning an item, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping Policy for Domestic Orders

Free standard shipping is offered for every order that is being shipped to an address in the United States or a United States territory. If you opt for free shipping, your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail.

If you need your items fast, you can upgrade your shipping to UPS ground shipping or to USPS Priority Mail. These services are available at a nominal cost. If you choose to upgrade your shipping, please do so when you place your order to ensure your products will be sent via your chosen method.

Shipping Policy for International Orders

At this time, we are unable to extend a free shipping option to customers who are having items delivered to international addresses. All international orders are shipped through the International USPS First Class system. A nominal shipping charge of $19.99 is required for each item you purchase.

Important Shipping Notice for All Customers

All delivery dates provided on this website are estimates. We are unable to guarantee the exact date of delivery. The exact delivery date for your items depends on the availability of the product you order, as well as transit times of the shipping provider.

Return Policy

While we don’t anticipate any problems with your product, we want you to be happy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 20 days of the delivery date. Please note that in order to ensure the integrity of the products we offer, we don’t accept any opened products.

Please allow up to three weeks for your refund to be processed. This gives us time for the item to be delivered back to us, as well as the time it take us to process the return and your bank to process the refund. To expedite your return, please login to your account and use the “Return Items” option under the “Complete Orders” section.
